UK Delivery Only

Pool Table Shop currently accepts orders for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international delivery.

Delivery availability and pricing may depend on the product, delivery postcode, property access and installation requirements. If a fixed delivery option is not available for your area, please contact us for a quotation before placing your order.

Delivery and Installation Charges

Cry Wolf and Funky Munky Pool Tables

Standard UK delivery and professional home installation are included in the advertised product price for Cry Wolf and Funky Munky pool tables.

Where an exceptional postcode, remote-area or access charge applies, it will be disclosed and agreed before payment. No undisclosed delivery or installation charge will be added after an order has been placed.

Blackball Pool Tables

Delivery and professional installation are not included in the advertised base price of Blackball pool tables. The applicable option must be selected on the product page and will be included in the order total before payment.

Current Blackball charges are:

  • England and Wales: £125
  • Lower Scotland, excluding the Highlands: £185
  • Locations more than 250 miles from OL4: £185
  • Stairs or additional access service: £50, if applicable. This charge will be confirmed with the customer before payment.

For the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, islands, or other postcodes where no fixed delivery option is shown, please contact us before placing your order. We will confirm delivery availability and the total delivery and installation charge before payment.

Other Pool Tables

For other pool-table brands and models, any applicable delivery and installation charge will be displayed as a required option on the product page and included in the order total before payment.

No Additional Checkout Charge

Where delivery and installation have already been included in the product price or selected on the product page, the checkout may show a £0 delivery rate. This means that no additional delivery charge is being added at checkout; it does not mean that every product includes free delivery.

Estimated Lead Times

The current estimated lead time is displayed on each product page. Lead times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and may differ by brand, model, finish or customisation.

After receiving your order, we will contact you to confirm the expected schedule and arrange a suitable delivery and installation date. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you with an updated estimate.

Delivery Appointments

Pool tables require specialist delivery and installation. A responsible adult must be present at the property at the agreed time.

Customers must provide accurate information about:

  • The delivery address and postcode
  • Parking and loading restrictions
  • Stairs, lifts and narrow access routes
  • Doorway and corridor dimensions
  • The room in which the table will be installed

The installation area must be clear, safe and ready before the delivery team arrives. Any additional service or access charge must be disclosed and agreed before payment or before the service is carried out.

Inspection and Damage

Please inspect the table and packaging during delivery wherever reasonably possible. If you notice visible damage, record it with the delivery team and contact us promptly with photographs and your order details.

Reporting an issue promptly helps us investigate it, but this policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. This Shipping, Delivery and Installation Policy does not replace or limit your statutory consumer rights.
