As a thank you gift to our customers, we are offering:

FREE Delivery and Installation on Cry Wolf & Funky Munky Pool Tables. This includes the delivery and professional installation in your home. 

On Blackball Pool Tables, there is a delivery and installation fee as shown on those product pages. 

We have a 30 day return policy 

Delivery Times

Due to HIGH DEMAND in the pool table market, ALL suppliers are currently experiencing delays in production and delivery to customers. This is due to a shortage of materials and price increases because of the increased demand of home pool tables from the lockdown periods. 

Some other suppliers have extremely long delivery times or even closed their order books until they deal with the backlog. 

Funky Munky Pool Tables: 4 week lead time

Cry Wolf Pool Tables: 8 week lead time 

Blackball Pool Tables: 8 week lead time.  

Order Confirmation

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your bank card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to start the production and delivery process.

If your item is unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) and materials are available for production, we will process the charges and submit the order. 

Our pool tables are made to order and due to the HUGE DEMAND in the marketplace, we are all experiencing delays in the production and delivery of pool tables. There has been an increasing shortage of materials due to demand which has been unprecedented due to increasing trends of online shopping for home entertainment games due to lockdowns. 

Once you make the purchase, we will process the charges to your bank card, it will ship according to Estimated Delivery Times. We will keep you updated on delivery dates, and the supplier will call you a week before the delivery to confirm a delivery date. If you do not receive tracking information please reach out to us at info@pooltableshop.co.uk and we will provide your updates. 

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged , please send photos to info@pooltableshop.co.uk and we will process a refund or exchange on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a £20 administrative fee whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original bank card that you used when placing your order.
