Price Match Requests

We can consider price-match requests before an order is placed. A request is not automatically accepted and must meet the conditions below.

Eligibility

• The comparison must be for the identical brand, model, size, finish, specification and included accessories.
• The competing item must be new, currently in stock and available for delivery to the same UK postcode.
• The comparison must include VAT and any mandatory delivery, installation, access or service charges.
• The competing price must be publicly displayed by an established UK retailer and available to purchase at the time we check it.

Exclusions

We do not normally match marketplace, auction, clearance, liquidation, trade-only, membership, voucher, financing, bundle, pricing-error or expired promotional offers.

How to Request a Check

Before ordering, email info@pooltableshop.co.uk with a link to the competing product and the full specification you want to order, or call 0121 769 1588.

We will verify the comparison and tell you whether we can offer a match. Any approved price applies only to the quoted product and delivery details and must be confirmed by us before payment.
